Marketing Coordinator

Lisa oversees and designs the marketing/promotional materials for The Bechtel Group.

Lisa is in charge of promotions and coordination of marketing to the public and Realtors. With a background in graphic design, she enjoys bringing a creative flair to the Real Estate industry.

Lisa joined The Bechtel Group in 1997. She loves having time with daughters, Alyssa and Alex, gardening, home decorating, and helping in church and the community. She and Scott enjoy working together helping other families achieve their Real Estate goals.

Seyda Holekamp

Listing Manager

Seyda will help you get  your home ready for market, then gather and share feedback on showing and price.

She'll keep you informed throughout the process.  As Listing Manager Seyda gathers details about your property so it can be property advertised to the public, and to other Realtors.  She will provide updates, track activity and help present your home in the best possible light.  She assists you by backing up team members and maintains  a keen familarity with client status.  And helps keep the office running flawlessly so that The Bechtel Group has few interruptions and the tools they need to focus on you.

Seyda is a 2000 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Marketing and International Business, and is currently working on her MBA at Eastern Illinois University. She comes to the Bechtel Group with three years of insurance sales and marketing experience.

Seyda wanted both a challenging and dynamic career change, and is excited that she is now working with The Bechtel Group.

Seyda and husband, Craig, and new baby Max have lived in Champaign for over six years, and really love the community.  They love to travel, workout and enjoy long walks with their dog, Snoopy.

Susie Morrissey

Closing Manager

Susie is involved in all facets of The Bechtel Group's business. She assists with all of the client's in coordinating all phases of the Real Estate transaction. Her organizational skills, attention to details, and courteous manner enable her to process our listings and sales with the utmost professionalism and competence!

Graduating with a degree in Elementary Education, Susie taught for several years and then devoted her time to her family; Dale Morrissey and children, Mark and Michelle. She has worked in the Real Estate field since 1994.
